The Lux Lab method is LIIT - low impact interval training powered by our own custom Xformer machine.

In each full body 45 minute class we combine strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training.

We spend constant time under tension via slow, controlled movements which activates slow-twitch, fat burning muscle fibers.

  • Lux Lab is for all fitness levels and bodies! Classes at the lab will challenge you from start to finish no matter your fitness level and are easily modifiable. We are all about your own fitness journey at the Lab and strive to meet our clients where they are!

  • Every class is capped at 12 clients - this ensures our Lab Techs an opportunity to give each client the attention they deserve to get the most out of class.

  • A bottle of water and grip socks.

    Both are available for purchase at the studio if needed!

  • We do not. Our classes are the same throughout the day and are curated to build upon each other throughout the week and month.

    Our classes are all modifiable to meet you and your body’s needs that day. If you feel like you need additional help check out our private sessions!

  • Lux Lab is not pilates! While Lux Lab and pilates are both fantastic forms of fitness our formats differ.

  • We are located in downtown Auburn, AL, at 215 N College Street 36830.

  • Metered parking is available on the street and the Wrights Street Parking deck is conveniently located one block away. Parking is free before 8am, after 6pm, Saturday, and Sunday
